Internal transfers

<p>I got into CAS, and I wanted to explore a few areas of study in CAS before seeing if I can transfer, and I know it'll be harder to transfer from CAS to another school than the other way around, but anyway if it comes to that, I do have a few questions:
1. What is the process of transferring internally, and when does it begin?
2. Do they take anything besides GPA into approving an internal transfer?
3. If I want to transfer to Stern, do I have to have my major declared?</p>

<p>If this info helps, right now I'm only looking at Steinhardt Media Culture and Communication, or Stern Statistics.</p>

<p>Transferring to Steinhardt from CAS is doable. Stern, however is not. It is virtually impossible to transfer internally to Stern. Don’t waste your time unless you have a 4.0.</p>
