I need to know about the social scene, and how left out one would feel if he/she isn't into partying.

Also, it would be of great help if anyone gave me some idea about international students' chances at financial aid !

I don’t think my daughter does much partying at all and she’s very socially active at Pomona. She’s on the ballroom dance team which takes up a lot of evenings, studies quite a lot, and just seems to find many things to do that don’t involve drinking or partying in the conventional sense. No idea on the financial aid, but I’m sure the admissions office would tell you.

Hi katieh,

I don’t mean to intrude on your privacy, but would you mind PMing your daughter’s name to me? I’m on the ballroom team and would like to get to know her.

Thanks!

Zrathustra (and happy to meet any time in real life)

Thanks a lot kathieh1 ! That certainly helped.

Any more inputs, anyone?
