<p>Canada and Mexico don’t count.</p>
<p>Hopefully some intl requesting aid did get in ED… otherwise I’m doomed 
But there seemed to be lots of acceptances all round so grats to everyone!</p>
<p>Canadians do count as int’ls, just not in the fin. aid process.</p>
