International June 4 test

I don't like the consolidated answer's thread for June 2010.. we want to discuss answers like last month..
can anyone come up with other math questions that are not in the other thread? 6 questions left for math.
If you took the June 10 test, can you please tell us what the curve is likely going to be.

There was a question asking about ratios. r to t was 4 to 1, and 4 to v was 10 to 1.
Was this experimental?
If not, what was the answer? I put 10t… other options were 10/t, 40/t, 40t or something similar.

I don’t remember this question, so i think it was experimental since i had writing as experimental…
how many no errors did you guys get?? I only got 2…
There was a question in reading about dichotomy or so, I believe there was an answer choice that had “contradictory” in it… that was the one i chose… I don’t remember the one mentioned in the consolidated answer’s thread to be my answer… can any one remember that question??

could anyone post the link to the june 10 sat so that i know how it was?
what did you put for the parabola qn…f(x)=a(x-1)^2…was it 8?

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/940758-consolidated-answers-june-2010-sat.html</a></p>

That’s the link.
It says the answer for the dichotomy question was “The dichotomy is hard to resolve with experiments”. I didn’t choose that one, unfortunately. I forget which one I chose. Something about how it helped better understand something…?

The parabola answer was 8!

yes it was 8… http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/940758-consolidated-answers-june-2010-sat.html</a> here’s the link to the thread.
if anyone can find a link to a thread where people posted their June 4th SAT scores would be great so we can know what we roughly will score.

what abt the qn abt circumfence in the grid ins… i think i put 10pi

^ that was a grid in?
I remember one was 10pi and the other was 32pi - when it showed a quarter of a circle with circumference of 8pi.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/947896-june-2010-sat-results-thread.html</a></p>

Found the thread. Anyone want to look through it to try to find the curve? xD

does that mean there will be diff. curve for international students for the june 2011sat since we did a diff test from usa.

We did the exact same test.
I’m guessing the test is harsher because some people may have studied the answers? No idea why they would have.

no… when tests are recycled and re-used for intl students we get the same curve (at least that’s what happened in previous tests)

Oh, so that’s good then!
I completely screwed up writing though, gah.
Anyone remember any of the ones in section 10? I thought it was extremely difficult.

Wait this has happened before?

my memory is a little hazy in writin…bt which was the writin experiment?the cats purring one or the one abt a popular character in a book?

For the answer in the writing section that was “intent about”, was that option A or B?

Popular character in a book was experimental.

I don’t remember the intent about, sorry. Does anyone remember the whole sentence?

It was something like:

Founded by a freed slave intent about (abolishing slavery?), New (Hampton?), Philadelphia, was one of the few cities integrated before the Civil War

yeah dude intent about was the answer(should be intent on)it was choice A…thank God the exp.was the character one…thoght it was much tougher than the 1st one.hping 4 a
-4writing 10-11 essay

Does anybody remeber the question about 20 students?

I think it was like 7 students with 5 score and 5 students with 3?.. or something.

I chose I,II for the answer … But some people say that it is I, II, III because the question

said “CAN BE”, not “MUST BE”… What do you think?..

What’s the full curve of CR?

Woah whattt, it asked CAN BE? NOOOOO!

I don’t remember if I chose the intent about one!

No idea the full curve, but I"m assuming a somewhat linear relationship so you can figure it out from the curve on the first page?
