I agree with those of you who've suggested there should be a thread for international notifications . . . but I'm not sure what format it should take or what information it should include.

All I know is that email is the most commonly used notification method for international applicants.

Perhaps a past year's applicant can step in and advise?

Hello Great thread to start for all us international applicants. I can contribute the schools I know about, then maybe people can add to it? *All times are in my time zone, so China time.

Milton: E-mail with decision letter on the 12th

Feel free to correct me on any of these, my memory is a bit blurry - it was a year ago. dodgersmom was right though, in that e-mail is the most commonly used notification. I did also get hard copy letters from the schools, but those didn’t come until about a month later. :)

I have gone back to my email and checked some of the letters, I had some misinformation earlier xD Here is the new revised list with more specific times, though these times may vary depending on email carrier and such.

Milton: E-mail with decision letter on the 12th [midnight]
Deerfield: E-mail with decision letter on the 10th [7 PM]
Hotchkiss: Online decision letter available on the 11th [6 AM]; username, password, and other information emailed on 2/25

Andover: Online decision letter available using MyAndover username/password on the 11th [6 AM]; information regarding logging in emailed on 3/1

Sorry for my sloppiness earlier, I didn’t think of going back to the emails to check, silly me. :D
