Ok so for my junior year which would look better to colleges: Honors International Relations where I can do a bunch of Model UN stuff or AP World History?

Junior yr I am taking:
AP English
AP Calc AB
Modern European History (which becomes AP if you take the test)
Honors Debate
Chemistry (highest Chem at my school)
Spanish III
and one of the above classes.

I am taking both classes but one my senior and one my junior.
Thanks for any input.

I think you should take AP world jr. year. The AP test is fairly new and easier [I think] because of it. It also can't hurt to have another AP score/class on the transcript, especially since the exam isn't too bad. Honors Intl Relations sounds interesting though. They don't offer that at my school (we don't even have Model UN) so I don't know much about it.

Oh yeah--and some--actually a lot--of the Euro and world information will overlap. Taking both classes at once would really help on the exams since it would be double reinforcement of the info.
