<p>I just discovered Bowdoin today and I absolutely love it so far, but I was wondering if there was an international relations or a Middle Eastern Studies department? Could I design a major? All I saw was a Government and Legal Studies major, which isn’t quite what I had in mind…</p>

<p>Bowdoin doesn’t have either of these majors, but there is the possibility to design your own. Additionally, as a gov & legal studies major, you can concentrate in IR if you want to.</p>
<p>Suitcases: Darn. Oh well, I guess it doesn’t make any sense to apply then. Designing is a possibility, but I don’t think the quality of education would be the same if I did that versus going somewhere that offered what I wanted.</p>
