International Relations: where could I get in?

I am currently a junior, and I want to major in International Relations.
I'm Spanish, I speak fluently English, French, Spanish, Italian, and some Russian. I currently study at an International school with an American system. My GPA is something like 3.5, and I will finish my senior year with at least 7 AP's (English, French, Spanish, Italian, European History, World History, Macroeconomics). I might take some SAT II's as well.
I got a 169 on my PSAT, and I'm hoping for a 1800 on my SAT.

Do you think I could get into universities like Georgetown, Columbia, George Washington, etc...?

aim for higher on Sat's

ur languages look really impressive,
but i think u will need sat's above 2000

I will try to get the highest score I can, but I mean 1800 is moreless what my PSAT scores predicted, so I am trying to be realistic.

I would say American University(in DC) or Georgetown are really good schools(as far as international affairs)

American University was already on my list :p, I will apply to Georgetown but I doubt I could ever get in. What about George Washington University? You think I could get in?
