International student looking for Visual Art/Fine Art course?

<p>Hi I'm gonna graduate from High School next year.
and I really have a passion for art. :)
Now I'm doing Self-taught but I still want to go abroad for Higher Education/Further Education in field of Arts
in order to
-exploring various material, improving my skills, technique
-obtaining new experience
-and improving my English.
But I don't wanna take Undergraduate degree program because it's way too expensive and taking too long.</p>

<p>So I need some advice that :
-Should I study Diploma of Visual Art in Australia (taking 1 year) or Associates degree program in Visual art in US or even study in Canada, Nz, UK?
(I'm still a bit confused about uk education system though)
Which program suits me? And What about tuition?</p>

<p>You can do a one-year foundation in art in the UK. At a “college” (upper school, not university - meaning different from in the US) it’d be very cheap. I know Down Sussex College has one and there are many others.</p>
