Hello, I was wondering if it is possible, and if so, what my options would be, to get into law school in the US. I am currently finishing my undergrad in University of Winnipeg. I will be turning 26 at the end of the month.
Is there a particular reason you want to attend a U.S.law school? Employment in law in the U.S. is risky if you have not attended a top law school. Only about 50% of U.S. grads ever get a job that requires a JD. You’re far better off to remain in Canada and attend a Canadian law school, although admissions in Canada are, overall, more difficult. When you say you’re an international student, do you mean you are not from Canada? Or that you are from Canada and would be international in the U.S.? In any case, no one can answer the very general question you have asked, without further information. GPA? LSAT?
