Just wondering, which is the "better" status to have: International applying for no FA or domestic student? Thanks :)

hmmm well im hoping international for no FA =) but i dnt know haha
im actually an american abroad and everyone keeps saying that'll help me, but i doubt it!

well GU is need-blind, so FA shouldn't factor in, in theory.

hmmm I thought it was need aware for internationals?
swiss.miss.13 - I'm hoping so as well.

Georgetown's admissions process is need-blind for both domestic and international students.

dzle, are you sure? That's exceptionaly rare for US universities, there was a big fuss when some other university did so. What's your source?

DCforMe,
on GU's website it says need-blind is for Both domestic and international students.
but on the international students page it says that the FA for internationals is very Limited.

That means you may be admitted, but not in a position to attend.

oh wow, looks like you're right, thanks for pointing that out. You'd think they'd play that up more.
