Internationals in the US

<p>I just wanted to know if any of you guys are internationals living in the US. I know this is the case for many people, like me!
Too bad I'm not a US permanent resident yet.. I just think it would've made the college admissions process a whole lot easier.
Well, where you from? Where do you live now? What schools are you looking at?</p>

<p>I'm a citizen of Taiwan. Lived in Wisconsin for many years, but now live in Chicago. I'm hoping for Duke, Johns Hopkins, or maybe even Yale.</p>

<p>hi! i'm on the same boat as you! i'm a korean citizen living in oregon. being foreign has definitely worked against me in this process...i applied to nine schools, hyp, williams, northwestern, u chicago, nyu, bu, and fordham. i got a likely from nyu but so far that's about it...not too reassuring. wish u luck!</p>
