Internationals : Your NATIVE language for the SAT II ?

Hey y'all,

quick question:
Let's assume you are from - oh, say - Germany. And let's further assume that you were smart enough to choose "German" as one of your three required subject test.Considering that german is your native language, scoring an 800 shouldn't proof too difficult, now should it?
But (and this is where my actual question starts), do you think said test-taker would really benefit from taking the SAT II in his native language ? I mean, wouldn't that be like taking the easy way out? And most importantly, what impression would that make on the admissions office?

Answers are highly appreciated! :)

SeeYa

a lot of colleges that i've looked at...say that you SHOULD NOT take a language SATII in your native language...if you do want to take it then go ahead but i would take 3 others just in case a particular college doesn't accept the lang. one!

Thanks ...

but who said that I was the one ? ;)
