Internatoinal Mentorship Program?

I'm a newly admitted freshmen at the LSA. Today, I received an email asking me to apply for the university mentorship program.

Anyone recommend it? And who is applying?

Thanks`

I was thinking of applying, but it seems a bit..idk futile.

Uh... where did you get the term "International"?

That's what it was written as in the email intl students got :)

polydentate are you going to join? I jst read more carefully, and ths mentorship program is basically going to parties, eating lunches, and chatting... don't know if it is worth it..

I'm not joining, blissful. It doesn't seem to be worth it, yeah.

IMO, it's not really worth it unless you're anti social or have difficulty meeting people etc.

okay i'm not applying.

It depends. More friends are better than fewer. It may be good to have a mentor when you are new to the campus/community...especially if you are a foreign student new to the country. Besides, there are few obligations for the program...no exams or classes, etc.
