Do employees ask for college transcripts of all 4 years from students applying for internships after their graduation (after getting the bachelor's degree)?

No One Transript Will Have Everything On It,

Then what happens if I were to spend 2 years at College X and then transfer to College Y? Then will I get two transcripts? And will the degree of College Y mention that I only spent 2 years there, and not four?

... what the? That's the POINT of the transcript -- to have all recorded grades from college classes taken at that university posted onto the record.

Usually, it'll list the courses that are transferred and from what institution. Depending on the destination university, it may just say units were transferred for Classes AA, BB, etc. or it may have the actual grade earned.

If you transfer, your new school will have the transfer credits you were awarded on their transcript. That's probably all your employer would want to see, if anything.

Yeah, I'm guarantee you that my final transcript I had to turn into my medical school had every single grade I received in college, the classes I had taken at other schools (but only got hours and no grade credit for) and my credit I received from AP scores (the title and name of courses I passed through).

Can you say you spend all 4 years at College Y, even if you spend 2 at College X and then transferred to Y?

No, you can't. Especially because your transcript will clearly indicate that you only took two years of classes at the second school and will also indicate that you have x many transfer units.

at My school it just puts a listing of the transfered school and the total number of credits. it doesnt show what the credits transfered into, thogh we have a thing called a Dars report which does do this.

if you transfer, when they send your transcript they attach the one from your previous school

Even to employers?
