Interpreting some info on Columbia's Website

I was checking out Columbia's website, and more specifically, their visitation schedules. Columbia University Office of Undergraduate Admissions - Information Sessions & Campus Tours

They have a bunch of schedules for tours, info sessions, and other stuff. However, I have no idea what they mean by these schedules. Do they conduct a tour every day, and show the exceptions on the schedule (exceptions including days during which they have extra tours)?

Or are those dates on the schedule the only days during which they conduct tours? If so, why do they show periods where they do not conduct tours on the schedule as well?

Very confusing!!!!

What's your take?

basically they have tours every weekday at 11 and at 3, and info sessions are generally held at 10 on weekdays (and sometimes at 2, also), and once a month they hold an info sess and tour on a saturday

those tables are pretty confusing, but they do tell you at what times tours and info sessions will be taking place and the exceptions if you stare at them for long enough.

for example, the table shows you that right now only 10AM info sessions are available, and that tours are available at 11 and 3
