INTERVIEW EMAIL QUESTION- Friends, please help me

Hey guys, do you guys remember the first email you guys received for ALUMNI INTERVIEWS? Did you guys have to respond to them to verify that you guys did in fact want to have an INTERVIEW? Did all of you guys have to send reply emails so that they would add you to the interviewee list?

I would really appreciate it if anyone could post a copy of the first email they received.

also, did anyone get contacted from the interviewer by EMAIL? Or is it all done by PHONE?

hey, i never got an email from the region alumni group, but one straight from my interviewer.

also, all i dont think there is a hard and fast rule, but i think most interviewers use email first and if no reply phones.

I responded to the first email i got for alumni interviews. Here is the email....i cut a paragraph out because it had to d o with my personal info

Dear ...........:

I have just received word that you have applied to Princeton under the Early Decision programme. I am so pleased that you are interested in attending Princeton - I think that it is a terrific university!

As part of the application process, we like to make sure that each applicant has the chance to speak with a Princeton alumnus or alumna. This interview offers you the opportunity to learn more about the university, and to clarify any information that you feel may have been difficult to convey to the Admission Office within the restrictions of the application form.

I shall look forward to hearing from you very soon. Since you have applied for Early Decision, it is very important that we arrange for you to have an interview this month.

Best regards,
