Interview Freak Out

I know not getting an interview is no big deal. However, I'm from New York City...there's plenty of alumni that can interview me..the reason why I'm freaking out is because the deadline for interviews is December 1. (I seriously doubt I'm going to get an interview this week since it's going to be Thanksgiving. Also, all my stuff has been received according to the Eli account.. Why haven;t I gotten an interview..esp since i lack in test scores..i need to show my personality ..and mention things I didn't get to say or portray

I'm a Long Islander in the same boat as you. No sign whatsoever of an interview. I went to an info session in the area and they specifically said all people from Long Island would get interviews because of the large amount of alumni (probably applies to NYC as well..), so here's to hoping we get calls this week/early next week

I'm from Los Angeles and right there with you.

All other kids at my school who applied whom I've spoken with (~20 kids out of prob 30) have gotten interviews!

Why not meeeee??

From what I've heard, it's completely random. There aren't that many alumni that actually volunteer to be interviewers and so they must be swamped, especially in those large metropolitan cities.

Still, I applied earlier than half the kids who got one. I literally am the only person from my school that I know of.

I see on another thread that fringey just got a call about an interview. There are lots of applicants. Give them time.

Yesss fringey did :-) there is hope for y'all yet
