<p>does anyone know when the deadline is for the yale interviews? i haven't heard from an interviewer yet and i'm really scared now that i won't get one :(</p>

<p>If you are from New Jersey, as your name suggests, there are so many applicants from your area that I suspect there are not enough alumni interviewers to cover them all. Read other interview threads for my comments about what may be going on.</p>

<p>Don't worry JerseyGirl, I'm from New Jersey and I haven't been interviewed yet either. However, I already was interviewed on campus over the summer, but I'm supposed to be contacted by an aluma/alumnus anyway.</p>

<p>I'm from Long Island and I still haven't been contacted for an interview. I'm thinking that I may not get one since there are so many candidates from this area.</p>

<p>no interview here, either, although I have friends who've been interviewed, then contacted again by other schools asking to interview... :(</p>

I live around phoenix, az, and there's a yale club of phoenix, but i haven't gotten contacted for an interview! i emailed the president of the phoenix club as well as the contact person on the yale website...the phoenix club president said the contact person on the yale website would set up an interview for me, and the contact person on the yale website said the phoenix club president would set up an interview. GAH!!!</p>

<p>The people who are getting called/emailed for an interview - Did the Yale mail (nice rhyme) with your account ID and password say you were going to get an interview or did it say that there was no one linked to your area/school?</p>

<p>My son received a postcard saying he might be contacted for an interview, and the name and address of the head of the alumni association for our area was listed on the card. About a week after that, he received a nice phonecall from the interviewer.</p>

<p>My interview was today and lasted about 75 minutes!! It went very well</p>
