Interview Help

I'm applying EDII to Wake Forest, and need to schedule an interview. Unfortunately I was delaying scheduling one because I was waiting for a response from another college that I did not get until today. Now, I won't be able to have an interview until after I actually submit my application, and I'm really worrying over whether I should do the Skype interview or an in person interview. Obviously it is always better to meet someone in person, but I live in Rhode Island and it would take some effort to get down to campus even though it is doable. Skyping on the other hand would be much easier, but I'm just wondering if it's looked upon as having lesser value than an in person inteview

Thanks for any replies

I think it really depends on which setting you think is best. They understand that not everyone can make it to the campus for an interview, and that’s why they have the skype option. I did an interview in person, but I have a friend who did a skype interview and she got in (last year)

Best of luck!

I did a Skype interview – I think schools really understand that lots of people don’t want to put a lot of time and money into something like an interview. The Skype interview should definitely be okay.

PS I’m from NJ, which is why I didn’t travel for the interview. :)
