My D applied ED and has not been contacted for an interview. But a boy that she goes to school with has been contacted. Is there anything she should do or just wait?
Other than checking her spam folder, no.
Just wait. If an interviewer is available, your D will be contacted. If one is not available, (and note that a single interviewer is not necessarily assigned to all the applicants from a given school) then she won’t be.

If she hasn’t heard by Nov. 20, call admissions.
Brown switched to a new web portal for interviews this fall, and the system went live just 2 weeks ago. As with any new system, problems will happen. I don’t know if that’s the care with your daughter but I expect there will be some hiccups.
If she’s not interviewed and deferred, she can have an interview during the regular decision round.
Marcie123, my daughter has not been contact either…still waiting.
I haven’t been contacted either.
I’ve also still yet to be contacted.
My daughter was contacted today. She’ll have her interview next week at a coffee shop about an hour away.
As an interviewer, I still haven’t heard from my area chair to assign me students to interview yet. Sometimes the process just takes longer or the interviewer is busy that week. Just wait, don’t contact admissions.
@bruno14 Would it be advised to contact admissions now? I still haven’t received an interview request.
Yeah, you could probably drop them an email now to check in.
My D had her interview today. She thought it went very well. She had a lot in common with her interviewer. He graduated a few years ago and majored in what she wants to major in. It only lasted about 30 minutes but she felt good about it.
