<p>I know this sounds stupid, but somehow it never occurred to me to request an alumni interview.</p>
<p>I tried today, and it said the deadline to request one was up.</p>
<p>am I screwed? Will this ruin my chance of getting in?</p>
<p>I hardly believe every student at Chicago, even those admitted through EA, had an interview! Also, the interview is -supposedly- purely for YOUR benefit. Say you already knew everything there is to know, then maybe you just don't NEED an interview. Furthermore, I do not think one would be denied admission based on one measly slip-up. Besides, some applicants can't even have an interview because no interviewer lives within 100 miles of their zipcode, THUS, an admissions rep would never give an interview that much weight because that's not really fair if not everyone can have one.</p>
