I live about 20 minutes away from Boston, MA...a very common area especially when applying to Dartmouth. I still haven't recieved an interview call. I know they don't contact everyone, but I'm a little worried because I know I'm in an area with many Dartmouth alumni. My calc teacher went there! Should I be concerned about this?

How long has it been? I suggest calling if you don't get a notification within a week.

edit: Ignore the "how long has it been" part; I wasn't thinking.

Yes, I think that you should be sort of kind of worried (not full blown worry yet, don't freak) just because they don't call everybody for interviews-but if your GPA is above a 4 and you have 2100+ SAT's don't freak too much-or at all :]]].

yeah i have a 4.54 weighted gpa and i didn't take the sat but i got a 34 on the act (35 superscored.) so i will call dartmouth tomorrow and find out what the deal is!

I got an e-mail from the alumni today, and scheduled an interview tomorrow. The dude's who's doing my interview is crazy old, but it'll be fun.

Gods, I can't believe I'm posting on CollegeConfidential.
