Is 5 AP too much for junior?

Next year is my junior year and I signed up for 5 AP classes on top of biomedicine and honors US history:
AP Language and Composition (I am not particularly good at reading and writing and barely got an A in honors medieval literature this year)
AP Statistics
AP Calculus AB (Math is not too hard for me)
AP Music Theory (I took music theories before)
AP Chemistry
I took two AP this year (AP Computer Science A and AP European History). Is this too much for a junior?

Doesn’t look too bad. Stats is relatively speaking easy. Calc AB shouldnt be much of a problem. English Lang is a lot easier than AP English Lit. The time consuming one will be AP Chem.

Agreed with above. AP chem and AP language will be the courses that have more work but it should be manageable.

I’d drop AP Stats and keep it as an elective for senior year if you want to take it. (Keep in mind it’s a class you must take in college either because the AP version doesn’t match the college’s, especially if the college’s is calculus-based, or because it’s a class that goes under “relevant coursework” on your resume regardless of internship applied for and no employer will care about your HS classes).
Do not underestimate AP Music Theory, many students find it one of the hardest AP’s, equivalent to AP Chem in difficulty.
This way you have 4 Ap’s, which is very respectable and rigorous, and if it’s enough you can increase to 5 including AP Stats senior year if you wish.
