Right now, I'm a sophomore and my last GPA was 3.6667 (For 3rd quarter). Just wondering if it's even possible to get an average cumulative GPA of at least 3.8 by the time I graduate?

Maybe someone can show me how to do it...??

Ya, just get a 4.0.

just tell me the witty comment, and then ill never post again

For an unweighted GPA? I got a 4.0 last quarter and it didn't even change my GPA .0001 or anything.

Only your semester grades count normally in your GPA. That could be why. If you get a 4.0 it will change it.

^ I never knew that! Thanks! Hopefully it is possible lol...

Lol yeah. Good luck to you =]. I'm hoping to get mine up too, we'll see what happens.

if you're cum gpa is a 3.6666 for the first 3 semesters of high school, getting a 4. for the next 5 semesters will bring you up to a 3.8749

at the start of your sr year, assuming you get straight 4., you'll have a 3.8333

Thanks @ romanigypsyeyes good luck to you too! :)

And much thanks for that post diesel! Getting all 4.0s will be hard, but at least I know that I can't slack off at all.. I'll have to work reallllly hard for the next couple of semesters. Thanks again.
