Is a deposit required?

<p>I read a message on another thread where someone said they had been accepted and were about to put a deposit down at A&M. I paid for the New Student Orientation ($75 I think) but I am unaware of any other deposit required. I called the registrar and they said no $$$ were required until we registered for class. Has anyone heard otherwise? Is a deposit required and I spoke to someone at A&M that gave me bad information? </p>

<p>You only need the $75 fee paid for the NSC. No other deposits required. There is a $300 deposit for on campus housing though.</p>
