Is a green card holder who attends an int'l school still an int'l applicant?

I lived in the US for 14 years, and hold a green card, but NOT a citizenship; I was born in Korea so I am a Korean citizen.

I moved to Korea after my sophomore year. I attended my junior year and will be completing my senior year here at an international school (so, 2 years total of international schooling). For college admissions, would I be considered an international applicant, or domestic?

Thank you!

You would be considered a US resident, a domestic applicant not international.

Thank you so much!

You might want to discreetly inquire about the requirements of holding a US Perm Resident card. From what I recall, you’re not supposed to live more than 6 mos continuously outside the US or it can be revoked. Something to find out…
