maxwell is known for its mpa/ir but would you pay 35k for a lesser known degree (master of social science- mssc)?

Is 35k the debt you will graduate with, or your overall cost for one year?

35k is the cost of the entire program. it’s a limited residency program with most of the courses done online. my main concern isn’t so much about the money but more about the time spend working toward the degree. i want to know if anyone know anything about this degree by maxwell. i know maxwell is a good school but i’m not sure if the degree itself is worth my time (+money).

I’ve never seen an online business degree that’s worth much. What are you hoping it will do for you?

Since you are talking about a graduate degree, you may want to take this question to the Grad Forum. You may want to check at the Online Forum as well. The people there might be more familiar with it. You can reach both of those forums by clicking on “Discussion Home” at the top of this screen and then scrolling down.

what about those from duke, kelley and purdue- all top 30 programs?

btw maxwell is a school for public policy/ ir not a business school. i appreciate you trying to help but if you don’t know anything about the program please make no comment.
