Is a one-week premed program (Camp CHLA) worth putting on a college app or resume?

Debating on whether to attend this program: https://www.chla.org/camp-chla-health-care-career-exploration. The program seems interesting, and it involves shadowing a few medical people among other activities. However, I also have shadowing opportunities in a nearby hospital.

Looking at just prestige, does this program have any significant value (or any value at all) when applying for a T30 or UC college? It’s a week long and gives me a certificate at the end. How prestigious is it vs. other activities like an officer position in a club or 30 more hours of volunteering? vs. shadowing at a nearby hospital?

Forget about prestige. Seems like a good program. Do things you like to do. Put it on the resume. Let the AO decide if they like the program not you. Enjoy.
