Is AMC/AIME score worth updating?

Holiday Greetings seniors! Working so hard even during the break!

Now the applications are mostly finished and submitted, I want to know if 2015 AMC/AIME scores are worth updating. I scored 112.5 on AMC 12A and 8 on AIME II in 2014, and I am expecting to do much better in the 2015 to qualify for USAMO. I know that USAMO qualification is probably too late, but AMC/AIME (especially the February 3 AMC) may be in time. If miraculously I score significantly better than I did before, would it be worth it to report it to the colleges? How much will it matter? Can I ask the admission officers to postpone admission decision until AIME score comes out? I applied as a math major and I believe that AMC/AIME score should have a considerable impact on the selection process. Thank you.

I would send that update, yes. Don’t ask them to postpone their decision, though. Just send it when it comes out and hope it’s not too late.
