Is anyone else struggling in AP Physics C?

So I just got my test score back today and it hit me that I really hate Physics C. I just received a 49 with a curve on a rotational inertia test. Well, I guess I can say that I don't hate the class, but I instead dislike the teacher for being absolutely terrible in everything that he does that has to do with teaching. I'm not a bad student by any means (Last year I got a 97 in honors physics, and I also got a 35 on ACT Science and a 31 on ACT math), but I feel like that I'm going to struggle to just pass the class. This really frustrates me because I'm planning on majoring in Civil Engineering.

Though I am doing good in Calculus BC (high B's and Low A's).

Is anyone else having the same problems as me, and can anyone maybe recommend some good self studying materials or videos?

Thanks!

MIT has some nice 8.01 material you may want to check out.

I remember taking AP Physics C; I found it somewhat difficult to grasp the rotational concepts, but I ended up getting a 5. Then I took 8.012 at MIT (a harder version of 8.01) and got a 36% on my first test. Most of it was my fault; I decided to study harder and go to all lectures/recitations and do the practice tests, and my scores improved greatly. You may want to do the same.
