Is AP biology right for me? Please help.

I am going into my senior year of high school and I am not quite sure what I want to do with my life just yet. I had always been interested in nursing. I am very caring and I love to care for others. I have many MANY nursing books already to prepare me for college. However, I am not 100% sure that I still would like to be a nurse. I this year I will be taking AP bio because it looks good for students going into nursing. However, I am not sure how well I will do in the class. I am a hard working student, I have a 3.5 GPA and I have taken honors courses for the first time Junior year and received A and B’s. However will I be okay for AP biology?
Thank you anyone who responds.

Have you taken Bio and chem before?
Is your Guidance Counselor okay with this?

I would think you would be okay with this…you will need to work hard, but that is what you will need to do in nursing school. If you can’t handle AP Bio, will you be able to handle college level science courses?

Also if you are not sure if you want to be a nurse, start volunteering at a hospital or the like to see if you like it or not.

@bopper Yes I have taken regular bio and chem I have received a final grade of an 85 for both classes. Not sure if that is good enough for ap bio or not. . My guidance counselor is okay with me taking this course. Thank you for responding btw

Eh, I’d only take it if you want to.
