Is FBLA leadership a good spike for Ivy League?

I’m a senior and I have been very involved in this EC so does it qualify as a spike? And how big? (1= not important, 10= extremely important)

FBLA is a business club; the largest of its kind in the US. It has several levels of organization: chapter (school), district/region, state, and national. I plan on being a member of this club all four years of high school.

Here are my FBLA titles:
9th grade- Member
10th grade- Chapter Fundraising Chairperson
11th grade- Chapter VP, District Secretary, State Council Member, National Council Member
12th grade- Chapter Pres., State VP, (planning on) State Council Member, (planning on) National Council Member

Some Ivys I am thinking about are Cornell, Harvard, and UPenn’s Wharton.
I plan on majoring in statistics, which can hopefully lead to a career in quantitative analysis or investment banking.

FBLA happens to be a pretty common club that most schools have. Thus, leadership positions are also pretty common. Your leadership positions are pretty impressive and do show your interest in econ/finance, but if this alone is your biggest or most impressive EC, I would say it qualifies as a 6 or 7 on your scale. I just know a lot of people that have these same positions (or even higher) that also have other impressive ECs who have gotten rejected from all these schools. Good luck!
