Is FIU Hard?

<p>Hey,
FIU seems the best option for me, planning to go in it for Business Degree.</p>

<p>1) Is FIU hard? I study, but not a lot like all-nighters etc. Probably 2-3 hours a day can do.
2) How far is it to come to the beach (downtown) - Google says 30mins (with car...)</p>

<p>3) I'm an international, so I pay more..... Is it easy to enter FIU?</p>

<p>What is your experience with FIU?</p>
