<p>It really depends on the transfer school. UCs want under (about) 90 credits and most if not all pre-reqs finished. CSUs don’t care about max credits, but now also look to see if gen ed is finished and looks a bit at the major pre-reqs as well. That is for California, other states will vary.</p>
<p>Privates will have the most amount of flexibility in this area.</p>
