Is it bad for college to ask to see your seventh semester grades?

For a college to ask to see your seventh semester grades (which will be mid this year) before making a decision?

My guidance councelor said it is not a bad thing and it is quite common for a college to want to see some of your senior year before making a decision and that I shouldn't worry about it.

It bothers me though...like am I dumb or something?

Just give it to them good!

Haha well my math grade is horrible and my AP biology isn’t too great…

Math currently is like a 66 percent and AP Biology is a 70 percent.

But I guess I can improve even though the 9 week grading term ends in 2 weeks but then I have next term to improve my midterm grades…woo?

Almost all schools want to see 7th semester grades. In fact, it is unusual for them NOT to request them. You will notice that the mid year report form is automatically generated for all students because it is expected to be submitted at the end of your 7th semester.

That is reassuring Shennie. Thank you.
