Is it better to add a Resume or not?

I filled out the 12 activites, which i had more, but i choose the 12 most important. However, for only 1 of them does the wording get cut off, and i didnt really elaborate too much for any of them.

Is it better to attach a resume with a 2-3 sentece description of activites, or should i keep it brief? Also, for a sport, how do i describe it. ex) lets say i ran track for 3 years. But i didnt really win anything worth mentioning , what do i put in the "details and accomplishment column"?

Bumppppppp

My son attached an "Activities Profile’ that had four sections: Honors and Awards; School Activities; Community Involvement; Summer and work Experiences.

He did very well with his applications and scholarships.

As a general rule, anything I wasn’t 1. an officer in 2. I didn’t receive an award for, I left out. My resume is long enough as it is.

What do you guys mean when you mention activities like "track’?
Does that mean you’re on the school team,or you just went for track practice in the morning?

It means you participated on the school team.

NICE 300 views, keep the opinions come’in

for the track thing id put “particpant in (event/s)”
so atleast they know what you did at track
