Can you apply specifically for the Summer Session? Getting a head start would be nice.

Anyone? ._.

No, you can’t apply for it. If you apply for Fall and it looks like you’re borderline qualified, they’ll offer you a summer admission. Students offered regular admission have to start in Fall, students offered summer admission have to start in the Summer.

Ahhh that sucks. >_<

Is there any way to like…strategically try to get the summer offer?

You could decrease your qualifications a to borderline rejection. But then you’d risk the rejection.

If you want to get a head start in the summer, take a few community college credits and transfer them in to Tech (notably Calculus courses or Physics courses).

You can totally apply summer session. I applied back in September and there was a space to check off which term you wanted. I don’t think it’s any easier to get in then, but it’s an option. I think you may only be able to choose if you apply early action, though.
