Is in an internal transfer or external transfer from WCAS.
Do they consider WCAS as Boston college like other schools in it?
Would you rather apply somewhere else like BU or something around that range then transfer to BC or stick with WCAS as a freshmen year?
you should not apply to WCAS with the intention of transferring into A&S.
From the WCAS site:
TRANSFER WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY
The various colleges of Boston College operate under the jurisdiction of separate deans. Approval for transfer within Boston College from one college to another is governed by the admission and degree requirements of the college to which transfer is desired. Students wishing to inquire about transfer possibilities to the residential colleges should confer with the Transfer Admissions Office in Devlin Hall.

See bluebayou’s reply above. Trying to game the system doesn’t work.
Is the Woods College even interested in those applying right out of high school? My understanding is no. But you need to talk with them directly.
I worked for three years in Boston before I started at Woods. I was 20 at the time, and back then all I had to do was interview with Father Woods.
