<p>Is it worth applying to the Iowa Young Writer's Studio as a freshman? I've had work published in compilations of poetry and short stories before (nothing super-prestigious, though) and by the school literary magazine, but I'm not sure if I qualify as "exceptionally talented." Probably not, lol.</p>
<p>Speaking of which...what is the overall acceptance rate for the Young Writer's Studio? Any good estimates?</p>
