is it just me, or does NYU require alot more essays than even HYPS?

<p>I read on common app's NYU supplement, and you have to write like 4, 850 word essays. what?!</p>

<p>Did i misread the common app site, or do i actually have to do all those essays?</p>

<p>there are multiple essays, but No not all of them are 850, read carefully</p>

<p>None of them tell you to write 850 words. Write a paragraph (200-250 words) for each question.</p>
