Is it not that hard to apply for USC Marshall (for undergrads)

I’m still in a community college right now (MtSac), and just had a counseling regarding my transfer plan.

So, my counselor said that applying to USC is totally fine for me as long as I finish a few required class and manage a GPA of 3.7 and above (I stand at 3.8 right now and feel like doing 4.0 this semester, so I think I will do fine in term of GPA).

Does USC Marshall only require me to finish particular classes with at least 3.7 GPA to accept?

I would really appreciate if someone give me tips for Marshall after 2 years in MtSac. I know someone who ended up in Marshall after finishing with only 3.5 from SMC.

I guess I can do miles above that.
