Hey guys, this has been bothering me as of recently and i dont want it to interfere with my chances of admissions. On the part of the app wehre you input test score info., i didnt put all of my AP scores. I took two tests. One I scored a 2 :/, one I scored a 3. I included the test that I scored a 3 on, on the app. I think I misinterpreted what it said on the app. I only put the 3 because It is the only test that is going to give me credit.

Do you guys recommend to e-mail USC and let them know an AP score is missing?

eh they're gonna see it anyways...you should email them and let them know that you made a mistake.....on your transcripts...there is a seperate page for "test scores." It includes all standardized test scores (state and national) that you've taken since you were a student in secondary school.
The 2 won't necessarily hurt you, it just won't help you. AP exam scores aren't really a biggie, but your grade in the AP class is. Don't get me wrong, a fabulous AP exam score can help you out, but they won't base their decision on that 2. They'll look more at your SATs and your GPA

nahrafsfa ,HUH? Transcript from CC doesn't have any test scores.

I am in a similar situation. I took 6 AP tests and passed only 2. Worse of all i took Bio and Chem and got a 2 on each. Thats what my major is now. I am sure all UC will be thrilled when they c it.

Well i am from unlv, but i requested two transcripts before i sent them out so i could look at one. They didnt include my AP scores, so i guess i am in the clear. But i dunno. I remember going to transfer day, they over emphasized how important it was to be honest, blah, blah and how they had ways of finding out, so im still a little scured. ill just call them tomorrow and see i guess

is it bad not to write down the SATs you didn't do as well on?

i only wrote the 2 tests that i did the best on (one for each section) b/c i thought that is all they consider. they won't see this as duplicitous will they?

Well unfortunately all your SAT scores ARE sent by college board, because lots of schools consider your highest math and your highest verbal, regardless of when you took them, rather than your individual scores.
And i dunno bout the transcript thing...i just remember when i got a transfer to send to UVa my counseler included 2 sheets of paper...one with all my standardized test scores(including ones i didn't take in highschool).
I don't know whether SAT II scores are sent with SAT I scores....you'll have to check on that....I just know that being honest and not withholding anything will help you out more than trying to hide something, because I'm sure if an admission's comittee really wanted to find out, they could.
And about low AP scores...colleges also look at your grade in an AP class to determine how well your AP scores go in to the admissions process. Say you made an A in the class but a 2 on the exam...that just shows you all probably didn't go over all the material or it was just a plain bad teacher. Now if you made a C in an AP class and pulled a 4, they'll see it as a good thing. It was a high level class that demanded even more than the test.
