Is it possible for me to go to Medical School and Law School at the same time?

I wanted to know is it possible for me to go to Medical and Law School at the same time Because im kind of thinking about doing that when I go to college. Or is it almost impossible for me to do both at the same time??? SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY BECAUSE I NEED ADVICE ON THIS

Can you work 48 hours a day? If so, you certainly can. Besides, MD school and Law School are separate schools? How do you physically be present in both places?

Is it possible to do medical school and law school at the same time? No. There are some schools that offer JD/MD programs, which you could look into.

Is it possible to be pre-med and pre-law in college at the same time and then decide where you want to go to grad school after you get your undergraduate degree? Yes.

There are combined MD/JD programs offered at a small number of schools. These programs typically take 6-7 years to complete. (2-3 years for JD followed by 4 years for med school) If you plan to actually practice medicine, you will still need to complete 3-7 years of medical residency.

For all these programs you must independently qualify for admission to both med school and law school at the same university.

But I have to ask–what’s your career plan that requires you earn both degrees?

There are no jobs that require both degrees, and you cannot simultaneously practice both law and medicine.

I actually thought your post was joke, so I was expressing my appreciation for your sense of humor. If it was a serious post, then have you researched the requirements of law school and med school? Considered where there is a law school and a med school in the same town? Your chances of admittance to both (not just any, but the law and med school that are located in the same town)? How you could possibly schedule classes at both? Are you imagining that you would just register for law school classes in the morning and med school classes in the afternoons? It doesn’t work that way. Other people answered the question for you about doing a joint JD/MD program. So look into those programs if that is what you are interested in. But it is not possible to attend law school and med school at the same time otherwise, regardless of how brilliant you may be.
