<p>just memorise words from Wordsmart I&II.
Some even recommend Barron's 3500 list, but I find it meaningless (in the sense that the opportunity cost is not worth the result)
I strongly recommend memorising the word smart list, especially when you're a foreigner (my score boosted from a high 400 to mid 600s); it really depends on people, but if you have the time, go for it.</p>
