Is it possible to start at SAIS with out having taken macroeconomics?

I was just waitlisted by SAIS and I have a strange predicament.

I am currently taking microeconomics and will be taking macroeconomics in maymester. However, if I am not ultimately accepted to SAIS, I don't need macroeconomics (since SIS doesn't require it). If I get in off the waitlist, to SAIS, will it definitely 100% be on the condition that I have macroeconomics?

I'm not trying to be lazy. I'd love to take macroeconomics, but I just need to take the most cost effective route I can right now.

I am an econ minor and macroeconomics is much easier than microeconomics. One other thing, as a international relations or political science person, or if you watch a lot of news, you will already know the vast majority of stuff in macroeconomics.

I know. That’s actually what makes the decision all the more difficult. I already know a lot about macroeconomics. I’ve read dozens of books on globalization and trade and I’m a religious news fiend. I’m not worried about my grades, I’m worried about forking out the money for the class so that I have a piece of paper that says I can do it.

yeah man u gotta do it in the end. take it in community college online.
