Is it strange to think...

That your file could be under review right now? Or perhaps you've already been rejected? Maybe one of the reviewers thought your essay was crap and laughed at your terrible writing skills? Just MAYBE you've already been accepted?

Yep! Very weird. And we still have 43 days to wait before we find out what our admissions decision is. Drat.

IndiaRubber, that is my word! DRAT! That has been my word since I was a kid and I never knew anyone used it at all.

Okay, I actually think a lot. I had a nightmare and I blamed it on thinking too much.
Sad. When the day comes, will this site crash or Yale.edu will crash?

this site will definitely be the one to crash, as it did on December 15 when EA decisions came out

i always found it weird that it takes them so long to deliver their decisions

^ Why???!!!! They have 26,000 applicants to sort through, and they have to wait to notify everyone until ALL of those applicants have been looked at.

well they do have that many to look at, but they do finish ahead of time but still wait to release their decisions

Ah, suck it up.
It's like pulling off a band-aid!

You'll be stunned for a bit.

But, afterward, you can take a nap and sleep it off.
And, then, you can get back to work.

It's weird to think that you're all going through this, but this time next year you'll all be happily in your colleges and I'll be freaking out about getting in!

Yeah, I pity you. Find something to do. Get movies and books. Get an ipod, it helps me

Apparently the admissions officers were still reading apps at like 10:30 P.M. last night. I always thought they did the 9-5 deal, but guess not. They chatted for about half an hour online but had to go back to work.

^Yeah I thought they worked from 9 to 5 also. I didn't know they worked on weekends.

^ Uh.....How did you know they were working then? And...How did you know they were chatting online?

Also, this is hilarious; YouTube - The Life of Riley

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WE HAVE A DOUBLE POSTER!

Hang or Burn him?

collegehopefull, the admissions officers created an online chat for several hours for SCEA admitted students. when they left the chatrooms, they said they were going back to reading apps.

Oh. Beast!
To the double poster, I suggest we tar and feather. You can never go wrong

god, I sincerely hope that Yale adcoms aren't reading my essay at midnight. I hope they're reading it at 2 in the afternoon, while they're in a bright and cheery mood hahahah

I'm cool with my essay being read at midnight. But eepers, the thought that they have made a decision on me is scary!

Bluewhitebulldog: Is it sad I thought tar and feather immediately, too?

^ hahaha I hope it's not sad, because I did too :)
