<p>Maybe top twenty schools don’t do rolling, but that doesn’t mean he still can’t get into a good school. Some schools also have February or March application deadlines, and will allow you to send in your SATs after that date.</p>
<p>For the top 20, the application deadline is past. However, there are still many schools taking applications and some of those are even fairly high ranked, e.g. Michigan which accepts applications until February 1. Critical is that you act immediately and go on-line to determine which schools are still taking apps to which you might want to apply because, like Mich, many that are still open have a Feb 1 deadline.</p>
<p>A different issue you face is the SAT test. If you have none you wil find it difficult to apply although some schools admit without test scores because the March SAT test is going to be too late except for colleges that continue to accept applications into April and after which are usually only lower ranked colleges. However, some higher ranked schools do take the Feb ACT.</p>
