you’ll have to specify what you mean by “top school”. Most of the US News top 20 schools’ deadlines have already passed, but there are several schools that have rolling admission -meaning you can still apply. Off the top of my head i can think of University of Arizona,University of Nevada, and University of Oregon.
sorry man. top schools wont have deadlines this late. i think u can try schools that have rolling admission like purdue, colorado school of mines, u of a, and the likes. just type in “schools with rolling admission” in google and see what u can find.
I think this would be an appropriate moment to discuss how community colleges are top schools in their own way? 
UMich and UW Madison have Feb 1 deadlines but they have supplements.
