Is it too late to do CR/No Credit this late in the semester after getting into a UC?

<p>I might get a C in one of my classes, I'm not too worried about not passing, but I just don't want it to ruin my GPA. Can I even declare it Pass/Fail this late? How do grad schools see this? Will UCLA rescind me if I change it to CR/NR?</p>

<p>Not IGETC/Pre-Req? Then it should be fine.</p>

<p>If I’m not mistaken, Grad Schools consider CR as a C. </p>
